Hi Ted, the editors let you change parameters, manage voices, performances,
mixes, masters, but not edit utilities or do firmware update. There are
specific instructions on doing the upgrade. If you've downloaded the
firmware file, there are instructions on the readme. It's best to perform
the update with sighted assistance around, so they can confirm that it's
actually working and can tell you when it's done,. The alternative is to
find each button and know where it is, start the update, and wait over 10
minutes before shutting off the keyboard and restarting it.
***You don't wanna shut the keyboard off until the update is complete, it
might render the software and keyboard useless and in need of firmware
reflash by a service center!

Hi all. I am finally able to reply and ask about this thread myself. Will
the editors also allow me to update my MOXF8 keyboard? I know that it has
at least one update. Also, if anyone finds this document, I would be

on your unit. So, the way your screen and controls are layed out on your
physical unit will be, for all intents and purposes, errelevant.
Of course, this assumes we are talking about a pc and not a Mac.

Yes, the Motif XF and MOXF are two different keyboards. The Motif
