[MoAccess] I am still having trouble.

Hi there!!

I tried going on the Internet and downloading the USB driver, and my computer 
sill comes up with the uninstall rather then install and I am unable to do 
either.  Is there somewhere I need to go to manually delete any program 
fragments and if so, where do I go and what can I use for clues to make sure I 
delete the right files?  Thanks.
