So actually answering the question: it’s a mix. It’s the best windows you’ll
use, especially if you install the subsystem for Linux. And powershell is the
tits.
But it’s still every shitty thing about windows. The registry, the massive
unending security issues, the random Bullshit that makes no fucking sense that
is like being nibbled to death by baby ducks. And you still have to be afraid
of shit that makes no damned sense as a problem.
So as windows goes, it’s about as good as it can be.
But windows basically needs a gut rip and replace to be anything more than
tolerable.

Whenever I've tried it before, Windows has driven me crazy. But I can get
much more laptop from HP than from Apple.
