How do I modify the assembly command to redirect the tmp directory
somewhere else (ii)What is SSD (iii)Why is mira also using Sanger

Hmm, just to answer these questions,
(i) Have a look at the error message at the end of the log; there is
clearly stated:
1) RECOMMENDED! Use -DI:trt to redirect the tmp directory somewhere
else on a local disk or even SSD.

(iii) What makes you think mira will use sanger data?
