Hi Bastien,
i am sorry for the spam but i just remembered that i have another
question about memory usage.
How is all that memory usage related to the number of threads? If one
increases the threads from 2 to 4 is the amount of memory drastically
increased.
For example: 1.5GB RAM per 1M Illumina reads is with how many threads? I
suppose the default 2. How about with 4 threads?
