Hi Qi,

hmmm, I wonder how you were able to load the large contigs with MIRA 
complaining about sequences being too long. The current limit for sequence 
length is 20k bases. I think I can quite easily bump it up to 32k, but this 
would be the absolute upper limit at the moment. For MIRA being able to do a 
Smith-Waterman on larger sequences I'd need to rewrite larger portions of the 
code.
