No, but you can create it yourself:
convert_project -f fastq -t fastq -n debrislist.txt
YOURFASTQINPUTFILEFORTHEASSEMBLY.fastq THISWILLBEYOURDEBRISFILE
YOu can obviously adapt input and output type to what suits you :-)
