[mira_talk] Using paired-end sanger data

Hi,
I have some paired end sanger data that I want to use in our hybrid
454-sanger assembly.
The paired-end reads are already named with .b1 and .g1 to indicate pairs.
e.g. >aspbac55b1_1_A01_C001.b1 and >aspbac55b1_1_A01_C001.g1
Is there any special (MIRA specific) naming schemes that I need to use
to indicate the paired ends?
