Dear Bastien,

I am trying to map 4,5 million illumina reads onto 126215 reads
derived from a de novo 454 assembly. I am consistently getting
boost::thread_resource_error.
Most illumina reads are 61 bases long (adapter clipping, quality
trimming and duplicate removal were performed by external tools). It
is probably not a memory problem. miramem estimates the memory needs
at about 10 Gb, and I am running the job on a node with 60 Gb RAM.

Here is my script to call MIRA:

--project=first_Norm1_vs_combined454 --job=mapping,est,accurate,solexa
-SB:lb=yes:sbuip=1:bft=fasta COMMON_SETTINGS -GE:not=1 -SK:mchr=40
96 SOLEXA_SETTINGS -CO:msr=yes

Could you please tell what is wrong?

Thank you,

Vladimir
