[mira_talk] Bug?

I’m running MIRA 4.9.5_2 on a collection of metagenomic datasets. Nothing super
large.

I have it set to 4 passes which is the setting I have been using for some time.

The first 3 passes appear to run alright. I get the number of contigs I expect
and they are about right for length.

Pass number 4 - the final one - is strange. It takes a very long time to
complete and on top of that, the contigs are tiny compared to the ones I get
from Pass number 3. Around 10% as long which I think is really odd. It took me
a bit to realize it.

Attached is a copy of a manifest file. Has anyone else noticed similar behavior?

Thanks, Torben
