You hcave ground the clock enable pin. Sorry about the error in the circuit. I
ma been terribly QRL. Can someone else update the circuit? It is on the wiki.

I mounted the RF386 amp and works well but does not change the CD4017 the LPF
What band selector line I need to use?
I connected to PD5 but does not change.
