[minima] Fixed a bug with the function button

Everyone,
The function button was not working very well for me. Sometimes it would
detect a press, sometimes not. I checked the source and we had not turned
on the pullup resistor for that pin. I have fixed this and sent a pull
request to farhan. If you were having problems with it, I recommend
updating to this version of the software (0.03).
