Hi,
A friend gave me her castoff laptop, which is just a few years old. I'd like to
do a clean install of Windows, such that all the previous user account
information, data and apps have been removed. I think it would be ideal if the
process started by formatting the system drive. I still have access to the
administrative password for the current installation.
How have others accomplished this? I know there is a reinstall Windows option
in Backup and Restore Settings, but I'm not sure if that will do what I want.
I'd like to be able to use Windows Narrator during the process, so I can track
what is going on. Suggestions?
Thanks, all!
