Our Presenter:
Roger Smith from Non-Profit Executive Services on strategic budgeting.
Rather than the usual "let's just add 5% to everything and call it good enough"
approach to annual budgets, Roger will help us think about the budgeting
process more strategically as it relates to supporting your mission, programs,
staffing and more.
Roger will also reveal how to read those dreaded financial statements in under
90 seconds, and what financial reporting does a board really need so they focus
on their fiduciary and fundraising responsibilities rather than the ten dollars
Craig spent on coffee last month.
Also I'll be sending an update on Sunday's History Sampler event later today.
