Still have space for 1 or 2 more organizations
We’ll have plenty of indoor space in the two buildings. So far Baker Hunt has
opted to set up outside under a pop up tent.
If the weather is nice more are welcome to set up outside. We have ten 10x10’
pop up tents available.
We should have plenty of 6 foot tables on hand. Also navy Blue linens and you
are welcome to bring your own too.
Set up begins 11am on Sunday 7/28.
The event runs 1-4pm but we usually get early birds so being up and ready by
12:30 would be great.
Please feel free to advertise the event to your members, visitors, teachers,
social media and TV/radio, etc.
We updated our website and have at least 3 Facebook posts scheduled.
More updates later this week.
