Miller-Leuser Log House Open
House: Sunday, September 20. Celebrate the past this fall!
ANDERSON
TOWNSHIP The Anderson Township
Historical Society celebrates our pioneer past at the Miller-Leuser Log House
on Sunday September 20 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Bring your family to see this
historic gem in our community. The Log House is a restored 1796 pioneer home at
6550 Clough Pike, just east of Bartels Road. Open Houses are held by the
Society from 1 pm to 4 pm the first and third Sundays in September and October.
The public is invited to tour the Log House, furnished in 18th and
19th century antiques, and to stroll the grounds, exploring the
barn, outhouse and corn crib. Members of the Historical Society will
be on hand to show you around and answer any questions. Admission is free and
there is ample parking.
Group tours through the Log House are also available with advanced
