The only recent visit I made to a care home required me to book a time and
date, by 'phone, and, on arrival, undergo a Lateral Flow Test and wait
outside 30 minutes for the test to show negative.
When I received by Booster vaccination I also collected a card indicating
the date administered and the batch number of the vaccine.

It took about a month for my booster to show up on my NHS app but it's there
now. Rob.
