The World Fish Migration Day is being organized on May 24 2014! Towards this people can contribute in anyway they can since its an awareness-centered event. It would be good to get anyone-everyone working on rivers to organize field visits, if possible for the public. It could be anything that the person is comfortable with and need not be only about fish and can include other taxa and threats like dams, sand mining and dynamite fishing. One can also send in photo stories and articles depicting river systems and taxa which can then be shared on a common platform.
