*Greetings from VANALOK*
VANALOK is a startup eco-enterprise engaged in promoting nature education
with a focus on forests, wildlife, and sustainability among the general
public. As an enterprise, we develop innovative community-based nature
education programs which include material development, establishing
interpretation exhibits (indoor and outdoor), creating discovery centers,
conducting nature camps, establishing natural and cultural trails,
organizing awareness programs for various stakeholders, and carrying out
research and documentation. VANALOK team comprises specialists with nearly
20 years of experience in executing nature-related projects and works
closely with various departments in Karnataka and other stakeholders
engaged in the protection of nature and natural resources.
We are looking for *three* (*3*) *Interns* to work with us on our ongoing
projects/interventions.
*About the Internship:*
1. Internship Duration: A minimum of 3 months. Can be extended to 6 months
based on performance/availability.
2. Internship Location: 4th Floor, Vanavikas Building, KFDC, Malleshwaram
18th Cross, Bengaluru – 560003
3. It is an unpaid opportunity. However, deserving candidates stand a
chance to be hired in the team, the performance of which will be evaluated
at the end of the internship.
4. An internship letter shall be provided after the successful submission
of the internship reports/assignments.
5. Candidates based in Bangalore shall be preferred.
*Eligibility:* Candidates preferably pursuing or have finished Bachelor's
degree in Environment Science, Zoology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, and
other related fields.
