State Park, Carter Co., TN The Sunday afternoon butterfly walk found the following butterfly and dragonfly spp.(and beetle): Silver-spotted Skipper Juvenal's Duskywing Dreamy Duskywing Peck's Skipper Pipevine Swallowtail Tiger Swallowtail spp. (probably both Eastern and Appalachian) Orange Sulfur Eastern Tailed-Blue Azure sp. Variegated Fritillary Meadow Fritillary Pearl Crescent Mourning Cloak Common Whitetail Stripe-winged Baskettail Rainbow Scarab (Phanaeus vindex) - discovered under a suspiciously wiggling scat and dug up with a stick Don Holt Johnson City, TN
