Research shows that supportive, trusting, equitable partnerships characterized
by open, healthy communication can buffer the impact of other life stress.
Healthy relationships with partners and co-parents also provide more stability
in the lives of children.
ShowMe Healthy Relationships offers FREE classes to help single adults across
Missouri better understand what it means to have a healthy relationship and
develop knowledge and skills to form healthier, happier, and more stable
relationships in the future.

-Your relationship needs & expectations
-What healthy relationships look like
-How to identify relationship warning signs
-How children & finances affect your relationships
New 8-week classes begin every few weeks, with Zoom or in-person options
available. Contact our main office or an office near you to see what fits your
schedule. Our program coaches will do an individualized enrollment session with
you and help make sure you have a great experience!
