My mileage rate is what my county has established and my hourly rate is an
amount I came up with myself. My attorney and my judge agreed that the rate
was completely discretionary but that it does have to be approved by the
judge.

Is the Public Administrator the one who determines what the fee is? I
think I was told that what we charge is determined by somebody else. Not
sure who that is...Commissioners, the judge, statute...? So who does
