Are the only times to get money in game from looting bodies, and treasure
finds? I've notice that I don't have enough for my warlock to cast find
familiar, let alone getting better armor.. I'm just a little confused as to how
we are going to make enough gold to upgrade gear as the monster CR increases,
and do we make orders to the mainland to receive the items
