The cc processing is going to have be done with scripts of some sort, (php, perl, python, and so on) However, on the mac, I've not found any better editor for html content then taco html editor. The 2.0 release works perfectly with leopard, and though it does cost about 20 bucks or so (if I remember correctly) it's well worth the price in my opinion.
