I second the Taco html editor. I bought it the other day. The clip feature
is a nice touch.

The cc processing is going to have be done with scripts of some sort, (php,
perl, python, and so on) However, on the mac, I've not found any better
editor for html content then taco html editor. The 2.0 release works
perfectly with leopard, and though it does cost about 20 bucks or so (if I
remember correctly) it's well worth the price in my opinion.
It is made by taco software, and can be found at
http://www.tacosoftware.com
Hope this helps.
