Actually, if it's the button I think it is, it says "edit cities". Deleting cities is a bit tricky because first you have to double tap a button that turns deleting on and off: "delete switch". Then I found it was a bit hard to tell what I was deleting so I ended up deleting all three cities that were in there and then adding the one I wanted. There's an add button and if you start typing the city, a list of possibilities will show and you can select the one you want. Don't forget the "done"button when you are through.
