This is driving me crazy! I think I succeeded once but I cannot seem to do a
three-way call. I've read the directions online (not for voiceover
specifically) but there are problems.
When on a call, I can hide the keypad. I can double-tap add call. But that
takes me to my contacts and tells me to select a contact or enter number.
There's no way I can see to enter a number without changing to keypad and then
once I enter the phone number I only see a call button which disconnects the
current call and calls the number i have entered. If I do stay in contacts and
select a contact, then I no longer see an add or (as the article read told me)
a merge button. I'm trying to help a friend with a customer service problem she
is having by doing a three-way to be on the phone with her so I really need to
figure this out. If anybody can give me a clear and simple (for dummies!) set
of instructions, I would really appreciate it. It's obvious that I am missing a
step here somewhere!
