Hello Tuscia and others, I haven't perhaps explained clearly but I hadn't problems with any application on my macbook air but I had problems with voiceover/osx. Voiceover wasn't working anymore when I logged in with my normal useraccount. The speech and the braille where not working but the system was working normal for sighted users. As suggested here, a reset of the prefferene-files of voiceover was solving teh problem but then I was lost all my settings. This should not be a problem since I had done a export of my voprefs but , I think a problem since 10.7, personalised trackpadcommands where not importing from a global vopref file. I hope this is more clear now. Kind regards and good night here, William from Belgium Verstuurd vanaf mijn iPad Op 13-aug.-2012 om 21:00 heeft Tuscia-Falconer <falconer@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx> het volgende geschreven: > What Applications are you having difficulty with ? > > TF > > On 14/08/2012, at 4:22 AM, William Windels <william.windels@xxxxxxxxx> wrote: > > Hello all, > I posted some problems about voiceover was hanging and I couldn't restart it > on any way. > Yesterday , I have discovered that voiceover was broken on this way for only > my current account so, it was working on my second account that's available > by default: the guest-account. > Like suggested here, resetting the vo-prefferences was fixing the problem. > > first questions: > Are here people that discover the same problem wit 10.8 (and a macbook air)? > > At the moment , I have no logs to send to apple so, it seems difficult to > reproduce, any hints? > After resetting my go-settings, I couldn't use me personalized > trackpad-commands with command or shift. > It seems they weren't saved in my last voprefs-file or not imported from > there in voiceover. > This was a issue in 10.7 for me and , as far as I can see, not fixed. > > Are there any comments/suggestions about this? > > > kind regards, > William Windels> >> Click on the link below to go to our homepage. >> http://www.icanworkthisthing.com >> >> Manage your subscription by using the web interface on the link below. >> //www.freelists.org/list/macvoiceover >> >> Users can subscribe to this list by sending email to >> macvoiceover-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx >> with 'subscribe' in the Subject field OR by logging into the Web >> interface at //www.freelists.org/list/macvoiceover >> > >> >> Click on the link below to go to our homepage. >> http://www.icanworkthisthing.com >> >> Manage your subscription by using the web interface on the link below. >> //www.freelists.org/list/macvoiceover >> >> Users can subscribe to this list by sending email to >> macvoiceover-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx >> with 'subscribe' in the Subject field OR by logging into the Web >> interface at //www.freelists.org/list/macvoiceover >> > > Click on the link below to go to our homepage. > http://www.icanworkthisthing.com > > Manage your subscription by using the web interface on the link below. > //www.freelists.org/list/macvoiceover > > Users can subscribe to this list by sending email to > macvoiceover-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx > with 'subscribe' in the Subject field OR by logging into the Web > interface at //www.freelists.org/list/macvoiceover >
