[macvoiceover] saving documents question

Hi group,
When saving a document either in text edit or pages, how do you get voice over
to read a complete list of where you can choose to save?
I can only get it to read the recent places, the folders
(Documents/applications), but I want to be able to choose a folder within my
documents folder.
Any suggestions?
