Yes, you can. Simply go to the website in question and interact with the text field and VO shift arrow keys to read character by character. Richie Gardenhire, Anchorage, Alaska..

Hi group,
I'm really starting to feel like a list hog. :)
I'm wondering how or if I can read by character/word in a web page instead of reading by line or paragraph. I'm trying to figure out how to spell a name, and the only way I can do it would be to read it by character. Is there any way this can be accomplished?
Thanks for the help, as always.
