[macvoiceover] pages

Hi,
When I open a new page in pages. I am told that it has a window around in it. I
am using the voice. If I type in the window and then press the VO down arrow it
ope ns a new window. 1. How do I navagate around the window? and how do I move
from one window to another one?
Today I went into the nearest Apple shop and they were not able to help me.
I so far have found out that the people in my Apple shop do not know how to
work an imac with voice, so I am on my own, so any help would be appreciated
