You are not alone. I have the same problem on my Mac, my windows computer
and my iPod. I wrote the Nfl last week and got an answer yesterday. The email
i got said they were aware of the problem and were working on it. Let’s hope
they do fix it. I know there was a similar problem a few years ago and they
actually did fix it, so I’m hopeful they will do the same this year.

press "watch" and hear the game as televised so it isn't that we are
completely locked out but many of us often prefer listening to the audio
feeds. I do not know whether the version on Windows is more accessible or not.
