The new MB can get on the net when connected via Ethernet to the router. I've
figured out that what she has is a DSL router behind a cable modem, of all
silly things. Still no joy, though, on using airport for Internet, even though
our settings are identical and I am doing it right now.
Supposedly a cable IT guy is coming today and we may replace her cable modem
with a cable router with WIFI, thus obviating the need for the NATbox behind
the modem.
what a silly set-up.
