Keith:
It does work; check your settings in tabs under safari. Also remember
that left and right brace are with the shift key; otherwise it's
bracket. You probably already knew that but I've left out the shift
before by accident. also make sure you actually have some links open
in tabs rather than just windows; otherwise there are no tabs to move
between.
