tell her to interact with the toolbar and use her arrow keys to find the hang 
up button then press VO and spacebar and it should hang up. also set it in 
skype so that when you press enter on a contact it will call them. you do that 
by going in the general settings then press both radiobuttons to call. hope 
this helps.
