Thanks.

Ok, i accidently muted the sreech. When I start the machine, it says "voiceover
on" then "speech off". How do I get it back?

O, and if there a way to get my mbp to save my wireless settings.
Thanks for any help.

Press vo + m. you should hear apple menu. Then press down arrow to open the
apple menu and after pressing down arrow once, you may press up or down
arrow to navigate. Find shutdown and press enter, this action will bring up
shutdown dialog, you can press enter once again, and your mac will close.
VO means voice over keys, they are control + option. So you press control +
option + m.

This is quite useful command, if you use left and right arrows, you can move
to other menu items such as file , edit , ... These menu items will appear
depending on the current application. If you perform this command repeatedly
you would get in to different menu bars.

Subject: [macvoiceover] mac questions

Hi all.
I got my mac pro today. I have used it a little and I am pleased...
although a bit strange as I'm used to jaws. it seems much more interactive
than jaws...

Anyway. I have 2 questions:

How do I adjust my voice over proferences.
I tried what it told me and it didn't work.
How do I go to the dash or whatever it's called?
Also, how do I shut it down.

I pressed the off button and it came up with options. but it wouldn't speak
those options and my hubby had to help me.
Thanks.
