Hello,It has been reported that Voice Over only remains on a headset which supports A2BD. All Lluetooth stereo headsets support the standard. The only mono earpieces which I have heard that handle the standard thus far are the BluAnt Q1 update and the JawBone update.

Hi, I think I recall Bryan asking this question a little while back and wonder if anybody has found a solution, as I haven't. If you connect a Bluetooth headset to an iPhone 4 (don't know about the iPhone 3), the only audio that gets handled by the headset seems to be the active call. There doesn't appear to be a method to get VoiceOver to come through the headset (or any other app either, for that matter - I've tested with iPod and Skype). This is a real pain, especially if you're trying to do stuff in a noisy environment or, conversely, if you're trying to work quietly. Best wishes.
