to make the right hand section of the keyboard work like a numpad, press
fn-f6 to toggle it or use fn while pressing keys on the right side of the
keyboard.
You do have a page down key, it is fn-downarrow.

I don't have a pagedown key and I haven't figured out how to make the
right part of the keyboard become a number pad. It's not even
mentioned as an option when I looked at the help for num-pad-commander.
