[macvoiceover] Re: Yosemite 10.2 update now available

I am intrigued that not all changes are active immediately after the update 
installation.
I have had modifications in Mail regarding my accounts being recognised as 
secure only now, several days later and several reboots later 
I suspect Yosemite, and Mavericks to some extent, learn how I use the OS and 
cache this accordingly, which improves the efficiency of how it runs.
