george, you are dreaming. The only way to use bootcamp to install windows is to use bootcamp and the windows installer directly.

I have an idea but I don't know if it works, say after I partition with boot camp and format with the appropriate utility on the mac I can connect the intended partition on the mac to my windows machine which is running a screen reader with a network cable and I install windows to the target drive on the mac with speech feedback does that work? At least the very first stage which require license acceptance and username and this stuff, I can also check the box that says use narrator during installation and next time I reboot from the macbook directly, am I dreaming?
Original message:
This is a mac, therefore, you must use the keystrokes that work on the
mac when booting.
To boot from cd, you hole down the C key while booting, this tells the
mac to boot from the cd that is in the drive, regardless of what it is.
Once you are booted, it's exactly the same procedure as if you had
booted into the cd from any pc.
This goes for whether it's a windows cd, a linux one, or (if son ever
gets their hardware updated) sunos.

Ok boot camp will partition for me but say I regret and want to
delete that windows partition and restore my hard drive to its
original size how can I do that?
When booting from the windows cd to install do I hold the c key at
first like when booting from mac os x or do I press the space bar
repeatedly like I do normally on the windows machine?
I want to use the winnt.sif to install to the target partition
without sighted help.
Original message:
The way to choose the system from which you want to boot is to press
the option key when you turn on the computer. If you hold the option
key down and move up and down with the arrows you can choose, but the
menu is not accessible.

I use boot camp here too, and it works just fine.
First of all, you'll need to run the bootcamp assistant found in the
utilities folder.
This will prepare the partition properly for you, so you don't need
to do anything.
Second, when you install windows, it will be just like installing it on any pc, (I.E. no speech, and you'll need sighted assistance) This
is because you boot from the windows cd, and install from there,
just like you would when installing on a non-mac pc.
Next, to determine which os to boot, you'll find in windows a panel
(in system/startup) that will let you choose which partition to boot
from next time you restart.
However, in the version I'm using, this process does not work, no
idea why.
And, last, windows *must* be installed on the internal drive, it is
the only one bootcamp will allow operations on.
Anything else, let me know.
