HI,
Have you considered using some kind of CMS system? In my experience, most of
these graphical web design apps are either very graphical and inaccessible,
requiring you graphically posission things where you want them, or produce
very bad code, and sometimes a mixture of both.
Text edit can save files as html pages.
If you want a easy accessible html editor with some nice features, check out
htmchen.
If you want a good CMS that works with VO, try nano cms

I am considering starting my own consulting company, and I will need to
develop a website. I am not very good at HTML so I would like a software to
use on the Mac that is similar to some of the windows based application I
have used such as frontpage, or the adobe product.
