[macvoiceover] Website Design Software

I am considering starting my own consulting company, and I will need to develop
a website. I am not very good at HTML so I would like a software to use on the
Mac that is similar to some of the windows based application I have used such
as frontpage, or the adobe product.
I need this to be very accessible with voiceover thanks for the help.
