this did not work for me voice over did not raise up the volume like it
should.
Is voiceover always this quiet on the Iphone and Ipod models or is it
just the voice I am using? Is Alex louder then the voice that the Ipod
or Iphone Models start out with?

Do a two-finger flick up to get VoiceOver speaking the screen. Whilst VO is
talking, press volume up to increase VO volume relative to other volumes on the
iOS device.
