[macvoiceover] Twitter questions

A couple of questions about twitter.
Is ther a way to get to my direct messages in YoruFukurou without having to
scroll through my entire timeline?
Ist the twitter app the best for Voiceover on iPhone, or is there an
alternative that works better? I actually noticed a drop in accessibility with
the last update, I can’t flick through the screen, so if I don’t knwo where
something is it’s hard to find.
Doing some reading I came across the Nambu twitter client for Mac on a couple
of Voiceover related sites. Anyone use it? Thoughts about it?
