Japanese Swear Word is probably about the most accessible thing out for the Mac.

Twitter stuff is organized into tabs. by default, direct messages are in the 
third tab over. You’d get there with CMD+right arrow. Twice. The second tab, 
BTW, is replies to you, and the default tab is your home timeline. Naturally, 
you’d move back through the various tabs with CMD+left arrow.
