Yes, and I also purchased snow leopard for $9.95on Aug 6. I purchased my
Mac Book pro earlier this month, so I was eligible to purchase the
upgrade at the discounted price of $9.95. I just checked my order status
and it says that the order has not been shipped but is scheduled to be
shipped by Aug 28. I did not receive notification from apple of it's
release.

you will receive it by friday if you order today. if you want to pick
it up in a store, it will be available on friday. It's right there on
the site or <chuckle> if you signed up to be notified, you got an
emessage on monday. It will roar into here on friday!
