[macvoiceover] Set up Braille embosser?

Hi all,
In my search for a Braille emulator, I came across some email messages from
Braille Blaster from February of this year that talked about setting up a USB
Braille embosser to work on the Mac. The person who did this, I think his name
is Alex, said he figured out a way to do this, but the directions weren't
included in the email messages.
Does anyone know how this can be done?
