Strong standard passwords have two upper-case characters; two lower-case
characters, two number characters, two special symbols, and they also have
one additional character picked at random from one of the four sets
already mentioned. The strong password standard will change and passwords
will get longer in response to computer crackers hashing what are now
strong passwords. Some time in the fall of 2006 the computer crackers had
finished hashing all 8 character password combinations in existence and
saved all of those hashes to what they call rainbow tables. Those rainbow
tables cn be downloaded on the internet that have the hashes and passwords
in them too.
