[macvoiceover] Restoring accidentally deleted audiobooks in iTunes

Hello list, this is a little embarrassing, but I apparently just deleted all my
audiobooks from iTunes. I thought I had just selected one book, turns out I
have the whole shooting match selected. Can somebody give me a heads up as to
how to restore my audiobooks? Feel free to chuckle while you do so.
