Hi everyone,

Okay, I've become sufficiently frustrated to consider doing a clean install of
Lion. Safari has become almost unusable... so many Safari busy's that it's
too frustrating. When I do a spotlight search, and press enter on the result I
want, I always end up in the result above the one I wanted. I'm not sure
what's going on, but I need to try a clean install to see if I can remedy this.
If I can't, I'm seriously considering selling my Mac and going back to Windows.

Can someone give me simple instructions on how to do a clean install of Lion?
I didn't save the install file when I first upgraded to Lion back in July.

If I copy my Applications folder to an external drive, can I just copy the
folder back and have all my applications there after the clean install, or do I
need to re-install each application?

Is there a way to save all my emails?

Anything else I need to think about?

Thanks,

Russell>
